Big Bad Wolf's Huff and Puff does not ensure the granting of a defense down against Hero characters. Is this a bug?

    It doesn't ensure it. It's a 30% chance of inflicting Defense Down (it's written in the description of the move if you look)

    “Deal ** damage to all opponents. *** chance to inflict defense down. Guaranteed to inflict defense down if the an opponent is a Hero character.”

    The move is indeed bugged unless that text is being misinterpreted.

    ^my bad, completely missed that part. I wouldn't be surprised if there is a bug for it not being inflicted on Hero characters though. This game is filled with a plethora of easily fixable flaws
