Frog debuff isn't reverting once it's expired.

I use Dr.Facilier as a main member of my team and I've noticed that once frog expires the unit it was effecting stays a frog. This continues until I've recast and let the debuff expire a second time. This is happening both while other debuffs and no other debuffs are affecting the enemy unit.

This is happening from what I have seen in both pve and pvp matches.

    More frog weirdness, when an enemy is frogged occasionally a friendly teammate will attack on the debuffed enemy's turn and then be stuck in a run animation until they get their turn.
