Aladdin event launch crash

I am sure developers are aware but at 12 when the new event began it completely crashed the game. It no longer allows you to start the app. I'm  sure everyone is hard at work to solve it....thank you

    No idea. I'm having issues logging on now though. "Servers down. Check your internet and try again" 🙄
