Gargoyles 1-22-22 tower event is bugged

After getting as high as possible I can't get back into the tower on any floor. I touch on it and nothing happens and I can't spend any energy on it.

Several members of my guild have said they are having the same problem.

    I restarted and had to buy more energy and it happened the same way again or still. I tried on all 3 towers and can't get into any of them.
