It’s upsetting to have an event like the anniversary event to watch videos for more tokens but no videos seem to be found according to the message

    Tell me about it. I've been playing a while now and I have never gotten an ad at all. I just get the same message you did. I sent in a message thing in the customer care part of the game and their excuse was that they had nothing to do with the ads. It was that there weren't enough companies buying ad space. I would think that by now they would have plenty of companies getting ad space on there now, especially since it's a Disney game.

    Lose the ads, or you lose a customer.
