Bug is so annoying!!

The title says it all when I open the app it kepts on crashing my money will decrease when I wanted to go downtown but it won't let me go there! It's so iritating please help me!

Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. We do need some more information and details please:

What device are you playing on? please list the OS version as well
Have you updated the game to the latest version?
If the app keeps crashing, how are you trying to go to downtown in the game? so it's not crashing all the time?
When you say "it won't let me go there" What does this mean? please explain with details so we can understand what you are seeing.
