Yacht- IT CAME TRUE. YOU CAN BUY A YACHT. Two sections: top deck and bottom deck. Cost: 160 Stars. No negotiations. :T
Alberto Lamour- A boutique and a goal-related area. Locked until you work on the goals.

Section 2-
The Embassy- What appears to be a theater! Now playing Railroad to Heaven and Super Legend... Locked.
Sailaway Studios- A studio, what else?
