I lost some of my progress

Hi, I'm new here 
I got a new phone today and it downloaded the game from the playstore along with my other apps. I lost so much of my progress! I had a fiance, I was number 1(now 119)m I had so much clothes(I lost the valentines and st paddys clothes)... anyways does anybody know how I get this stuff back or are they lost in the stardom universe forever? Oh and can we not get free stars and cash anymore?? Please help Thanx

If you still have your old phone, you can check out this thread for ways to potentially get your save back!
As for the free offers, they seem to come and go for people randomly. There's either a glitch or it is only exclusive for certain times.
