I bought something and never received it?

I bought the dress and full energy that give you the extra award buzz after my campaign for $0.99. It said "purchase successful" and then it loaded for a second and then it said something like "items awarded: Rn_" but it didn't give me anything. I closed out of the app and went back into it, and still nothing. I tried two more times to buy it, because every time I went back into the game the offer popped back up, and it just said the same thing and never gave me anything. Then I looked at my Google Play balance and it turns out it charged me all three times for it. I'm using an LG Optimus with Android version 4.1.2 and Stardom is fully updated. Is there any way that I'd be able to get my items and get a refund for the extra two times?

It sounds like it glitched and made an error during the transaction. Send a ticket to glu and describe thoroughly to them what happened (like you did here). Their response is a little slow but they should give you refund.
