No NPCs to make contacts

In my game, there are no NPCs except in the Neighborhood, Downtown, and Coast. I've made very few contacts because of this. I managed to find 2 in Las Vegas but no where else.

It does seem as though there aren't many I'm also experiencing this. I believe it's down to having sooooooo many Game Center/Facebook friends, so I am thinking of removing non active players from my GameCenter, it might do the trick

I don't have any facebook or game center friends on the game so I don't think that will help...

Another player did report this a few months back... The only thing I could suggest is to contact the team via their Support Page . When you do please state your game, the device you play on and the issue in detail so the team can look into it
