I said okay to his date, but when I left his place to try and find some energy on the street I was back at The Neighborhood, and I have no idea how to get back to his place

My guess would be your Rival's boyfriend lives in the Neighborhood next door to Arnie's office.

But there is a glitch that when you leave you get locked out meaning you cannot get back in
