Stopped Earning Fans

Hey all! I have stopped earning fans in the game is this normal? I am currently at 293.8 M fans. I always get at least 4 stars on my movies but mostly 5 stars and I won a Star Award the and still no fans. Again is this normal or is it a glitch. Do i have the max amount of fans?

    It's totally normal, not a glitch, because yes, you already reached the max limit of fans in this game.
