Can't see people issue

Unless I have seen them before, they will not show up. I can't even see myself. I can't change outfits (not that it matters since I can't see myself) but if I click on a new shirt to change into, the app crashed. Recommendations?

If you're on IOS and the game is saved to your iCloud I would re-download the app and you can pick up where you left off, but if you don't want to do that maybe do a hard restart on your phone and hold down the power button until it turns off and then turn it back on. If that doesn't do it, I would suggest sending them a support ticket.

You need to include:

-Your device information, the game name where you need help and a detailed description of the problem.
