Could boyfriends/girlfriends not break up with you so often! Also shorter gigs please

Literally I went on a date with him yesterday. I'm in the middle of an incredibly long 48 hour gig. So basically the game is no fun at this point because I'm just waiting around for energy. I finally filled up and took my bf on a date. After the date he called and tried to break up. I've also had him try to break up during a date. (I have a screenshot). What's the point?! That's ridiculous. How can I complete these boringly long gigs when I have to spend all my coins and money on keeping my bf. It's not even worth spending real money for more because there's not benefit to doing so. It is becoming a waiting game and that's no fun.
