You need to wait for a random call from your agent where he lists a few different projects that he has that you may be interested in. Look through the list, find one that's an action role and take it. If there aren't any at that time, you can either choose to do one at random for fun, or wait for him to try you back in an hour for more. I don't know if storyline projects (projects where your agent or PR gal Charlene get you directly) count in this or not, but I know for sure that the random ones do.
