Lisa Raynolds is Missing!!!! Who’s playing now 2018?

How can i have a house or apartment if Lisa is nowhere to be found? And also when i am visiting the apartment/house it says that it is mine. But i cant buy furnitures or stuff! I want to enjoy this game but this is stressing me. Help please.
ps. I already uninstall and install the game again. Also i restart the game and it doesnt works.
