I want to translate my game to my new device. Is this possible?

I'm changing my iphone to another iphone. I want to continue my game in my new device. I tried it on GameCenter with ipad but it didn't work. Should I log in facebook? What should I do? Please I don't want to play all the levels again :(:(
He was as innocent as lambs that were grazed by prophet. Or I thought he was in the first sight. Because, how much the first sight is permanent, innocence is that permanent.

    Try to backup and restore with iCloud...
