I don't know what's going on, but I have a relationship rating of 1249/1250 and it will not let me get that goal no matter how many dates I go on. What's wrong?

I'd like to RE-report this issue. Despite the update released earlier this month, I've also ran into this glitch, where a romantic relationship with a NPC will not raise above 1249/1250. It's very frustrating! Please fix this "known issue" for REAL!
