Can't go to The Coast

Hello!
A few days ago i discovered that I'm no longer able to go to The Coast by clicking on the bus stop. I can go to any other place, but not The Coast. If I try to, the game loads for some seconds and then crashes, no matter from where I tried to go there. This happened during the quest "Wife" where I was asked to meet Martha Graves at The Silver Shellfish, but now I can't complete it.
Does/Did anybody else have this problem as well and could help me?

I've read all the tips or possible solutions in the FAQ, but nothing helped so far.
I can't play anymore, that's why I lose all my fans ingame..
Seriously, can ANYBODY help me?
