How to call contacts?

I know this is probably a stupid question but I can't figure out how to call any of my contacts. I want to start dating and becoming close friends to use them as co-starts but I don't know how to call them. I have tried everything I can think of and have clicked on everything in my phone and I can't figure it out! I am getting really frustrated and I know I must be missing something obvious! Please help!!:confused:

    if u want to date some one.. then go to a restaurant or pub depending on the level of the person ure dating... and then there ull find pink color heart with a plus sign beside it.. u must have seen it.. just click on it and it will display all ure contacts whom u can date.. with a call option.. select ure person and call.. for costaring someone.. when u start ure project along with all those blue dots ull have one blue person + symbol click on it and select ur costar and call.. hope this helps ;)
