Meet up with Chet bug

Hi guys I have been waiting to meet up with Chet to finish perfume deal.
He has not turned up for two weeks.
I was advised to talk to bartender a week ago - still no Chet!
How do I get this fixed??

    Isnt it a glitch cuz I have the same problem too. Maybe they will fix it in the next update. Just do the other tasks :)
    Btw, how could u talk to the bartender? I dont even see her at the Wasted!

    I have the same. Been waiting for two weeks. Hope they fix this bug. The bartender stands next to the tv. She askes you what you want and sometime advises you.

    Sometimes, the bartender disappears. I haven't had a bartender at Wasted for ages.

    Is the glitch because of different devices? I finished the perfume thing with chet at wasted. He showed up for me. I use iphone4.
