Facebook problem, please help!

Hello,
I've been playing the game for a few weeks now and I still can't work out how to connect to Facebook. Whenever I try to log in a white box with a blue line at the top and the Facebook logo appears but the white box stays empty...nothing happens. I've tried going through my settings on Facebook but I couldnt find anything on there that looked to be stopping it from connecting as I have other apps on there. I'm using an Android, maybe I need to change settings on my phone?
Does anyone know what I need to do?
