What's happening in the game??

I am level 17 #1 A list star with 116.8M fans and I only have one quest and it is to Film The Break, and it says available soon since yesterday. Arnie hasn't been calling me, or Charlene, and I haven't had a quest to go to a certain party I've been hearing about in able to get max??? I'm so stuck. Also, my husband's level thing won't pass 4999, and star news congratulated me on getting Engaged which I was married at that time. I also need help transferring the game to my iPad from my iPhone. :/ please help.

    Transferring from iPad to iPhone, try using the same Game Center user name and password on your iPhone, that should work.
    With getting invited to a party, you'll get invited, just wait. If Arnie isn't calling you, try shutting down the app completely and re opening it, that should get them to call you. There also hasn't been another update so you will be stuck at 4999 for the time being.
