fans bug?

in Stardom Hollywood FAQ, Support and Announcements
so, when I do movies and anything there are obviously 3 or more stars, but when starnews alerts me it says that I lost fans, even if the reviews/news is good.. it's a bug, right?

    Some fans expect more then three stars even though you got good response it may not have been good enough. It's happened to me, so I don't believe it's a bug.

    This has happened to me even when I got 4 or 5 stars. I think it's a glitch bc I just keep losing fans. It'll give me a good review and then I lose like a million fans.

    I think it's because they don't like this and they expect more or it's different than what you did before
