What happened to my level and purchased stars?

  Oh no!!! . Sorry to hear. You might want to check out this thread http://ggnbb.glu.com/announcement.php?f=28 to further help you by sending a ticket in for Glu's customer service team to check it out. Are you using game center by any chance as well?

  Yup, sent 3 already. Not sure what the turnaround is for support requests. Haven't heard a peep from glu.
