Personal Appearance please help????

I am having trouble finishing the "Personal Appearance" quest. I have talked to the guest but I am having a hard time. How do I talk to the manager and croupier? I already bought the hotel room before I got married? Does anybody else have this problem? How did you pass the Personal Appearance? Thanks
