  What do you mean by stuck? It wont pop up the options to train or something?

  Yes, I did try reinstalling the game with no change.
  
  My problem is that I get all the options and do them, but all I get is the dude saying "keep at it". I've gone through all three actions several times and that's all I get.

  So all the actions are checked off but it's not completing the quest huh...
  
  If you've done everything you're supposed to do and it still wont work, then it's most likely a glitch.
  I would recommend sending in a ticket so they can investigate your issue.
