I think that characters should be able to have cars so you can go to different places without paying the unreasonable bus prices. Although cars would probably cost a lot, it would be worth it because the only transportation costs would be vegas and other places you go to by plane in future updates. You could also buy different cars such as a limo.

But if they do implement cars that would be pretty nice. It's a suggestion that was made a long while ago, and it's nice to see it come back
