Unable to send a gift to a date.

Charlene called & said to send a gift to my date. The problem is there isn't an option for me to send a gift to my date. Im currently engaged but I don't believe that should have anything to with it. If anyone is experiencing the same problem or have any suggestions on how to fix the issue please help!!! Thanks
