Selling apartments

Hi,
My character saved up enough money in the game to buy a new apartment downtown but now I don't know how to get rid of the old one in The Neighborhood. Is there anyway to sell apartments?

    As of now, there isn't any way to sell an old apartment/household.
    Beware the green Indian soda, seriously...

    Nope, you get to keep all the houses you buy!

    On the bright side, you can access your house and pets in multiple places now so you dont have to pay bus fare haha :3

    What Shiro stated is the advantage of having more than one home. Saves your money when it comes to traveling :p

    Selling properties is a very popular suggestion here on the forums :)
