[Android Players] Any trouble launching the game with the newest update?

Hi All,

We've gotten some reports of folks on Android having trouble launching the newest update. If this is applies to you, can you please post a screenshot (or at least a description) in this thread of what you are seeing?

Here you go. We're getting the standard crash report, I've also reported the logs through that. Before the crash, the load screen flashes a weird yellow; I tried to screencapture that as well but the crash corrupts the image file. This is on a Moto X running 4.4(.0) Kit Kat, although it may extend to Jelly Bean as well. It was working fine with this morning's update, and it only started crashing with the latest update from an hour or so ago.

Hi I'm new here, just found here when I was looking for solution online to fix the crash after the latest update. May I know when the error can be fixed? I feel so depressed right now that I can't access the game as I just left not much time to complete a drama project which is under mission... T-T

This should be addressed now. Several updates were pushed to fix the issue- but let us know if it persists.

My game never loads 1st time it leaves screen blank I have to close and open again also during gameplay it freezes alot for a few munutes

Ohh noo! :eek: Have you checked your internet connection is strong enough? Can get a bit like that if your internet's signal is low. If the problem persists Submit a Ticket to the team who can look into it for you
