I think te break up comes way to soon.
If you got a 48 hour filming going on, there is no way you can get 5 stars when combine the time with dating.
And when you date, your date breaks up within 48 hours. I think Glu can easily make it 62 hours.
I mean when you got a 48 hour mission going on, you have no choice but to lose your date or lose fans by not reaching enough stars because of the bad timer to date...
Beside if this goes on like this, how in the world can you ever unlock the Chapel in vegas?
if players have no high income yet from any movie. even as a A-lister like me. they can't keep on dating.
A couple hundred bucks with over 50 million fans is way to low don't you think?.
So simply set date timer break up to 64 hours.
Other wise glu is forcing to break up or having a bad star score.
You need both to date (high score for income) No money, no date...

Actors earns a lot when they are A-listers. As a A-lister in comparison with B-list. income hasn't changed...

I've always told my fellow stars and starlets to actually devote time into only dating once you get enough money. I did this back when I was dating and it really helped. I just racked up a whole bunch of cash from the goals, projects, Casinos, and then spent a whole lot of time dating. This is the solution I would give as it's almost something you do in real life too. If you cannot do both, then do one or the other.
Just for now, do not even touch that date button if you want to save up on money. In this game, dating is a luxury so you'll just have to earn more money before going into any serious relationships. However I think you should still at least do small dates with people you might not care for at least to get the fans for it so the reward amount from films can rise up. I have over 250M (or whatever the max is) fans and get at least 12k-15k from 5 star ratings, so at least you can still get some fans from small dates to boost that income whilst filming lots of projects.
But all that aside, there's also a small "cheat" way to prolong the time away from your date. Call your date somewhere but don't initiate the date, just leave them there. They supposedly stay there for a while so you can do that before you're about to film or something lol. I personally haven't tried it but it might work for you.
OR you can also add some real life friends with tons of fans and date them. If they have a huge percentage of fans gained like 200%, your fans will increase dramatically! They never leave you but you just cannot marry them…
So yeah, dating isn't a requirement in Stardom, it's a luxury. Don't feel obligated to have to get married as soon as possible, as it's not your focus in the game! I do completely agree with you on the extended time though don't get me wrong xD
