Striped pants?

I was browsing through the top stars list and I see these people with striped pants (male).

Is this just something only for NPCs or can I get this as a reward or something?

    Yeah I think they are just an NPC clothing :) It may be an insight into what clothes are coming next but this has only happened one or two occasions.

    You can find it in the KH game, I guess it might be added to SH in the next update hopefully.
