Adding Pictures To Forum Post?

I need help on posting pictures in the forums because I would like to participate in the contests. I know how to take a screen shot of my game (iPhone user here) but as far as posting them to the forum is beyond me. Do I have to do it straight from my phone or send an email to myself. Easiest way would be appreciated

Upload your screenshot to Tinypic.com or photobucket.com (if you have an account with them) select the IMG code. Click the tree icon on the comment box here on the forums, paste the link and taaa-dahhhh your picture is ready to post
