  if you are playing on an apple device, try turning off icloud then relaunching

  I've been having the same issue for over a week now.
  It takes five minutes or more to load, the percentage bar keeps resetting itself and then I also get network connection errors a lot while it is stuck on the loading screen.
  I don't have iCloud turned on and I have these problems even when connected to wifi. It's really frustrating.

  The game relies on a strong wifi connection, you cannot play without it. The only thing I could suggest is 1. Shut down all running background apps and resetting your wifi. Hope one of them works for you peterc83
