Being #1 idol

OK...so I'm #1 on the A-list and have 80.1million fans. Is this only in my game? Do I get anything for being #1? Are the people on the list other gamers or just people in my game?

Also, when do I get awards?

    Yes this is only in your game and in your friends if you have any added. The people in the list are a mixture of in-game characters and friends, once again if you have any added.

    You get awards as part of the STAR Awards which is a red carpet event but you don't actually get given one which sucks a bit lol!
