Marcia Shaw

At the party at the mansion I met Max Bling AND a Marcia Shaw or something Shaw. She mentioned she is better or would be better then Max. Has anyone experienced her yet? If so , what is her deal? I thought only Arnie & Max were agents in the game. Or is she another player in the game like Charlene?

If there is a thread on her please let me know on what page it's on. I looked and couldn't find anything on her.
