2 agents?

So I went to. The party at Headly Mansion after Oscar Mike and Charlene told me to talk to a woman who is an agent and I also talked to max. Now I think I might have 2 agents.. They both called me. Max calls more. How do I get rid of Ms. Shaw ?
Has this happened to anyone?

    Dw you haven't got two agents, Marcia ruins it for herself. Just complete the goals involving Marcia and you'll see what I mean ;)

    Oh okay . Well that's kind of funny. I was a bit nervous that Max would be mad at me for talking to her. Oh well!

    Hehehe! Let's just say she gets too big for her boots :p Naa Max doesn't know anything about Marcia, he'll be cool. As far as he is aware she doesn't even exist haha!
