Adding game center friends... How???

Im on an Android device and cannot figure out how to get and add game center friends. Ive poked around the forums and basically what im seeing is what to do in the "game center app" but idk what/where the game cenet app is :(

Please help... And add me :)

    You cannot add friends via Game Center on an Android device. Game Center is strictly an Apple platform. As an Android player you have to add friends via a facebook account :)

    I also have an android device. In order to add friends you have to view the full site (desktop version not mobile). Then go to your profile, friends, edit buddy list. You can also do this on your computer.
