Do you mean "being nominated" by Ray Powers on the news?
Then when you check your task list you will see the title of The Star Awards appears, with an amount of waiting time.
This time waiting requirement is 48 hours.
You can also check the Buzz list to see the % of wining the award.
When the time comes, Charlene will give you a call, asking 2 options:
-Send a limo.
-Not ready yet.
If you're ready then just tell her to send a limo, then the game will auto bring you to the net scene, where you'll be standing next to Ray Powers for a short interview about your nominated movie. The award show will always be held next to Supercool studio in Downtown.
