I can confirm HFaria using infinite health mod. He plays warrior, doesn't bother parrying and all coz takes no damage.

Cant take away monks speed. Warrior has increased def, mage has increased attack. Monk needs speed to stay in the game. only way I see for fixing monks op is your #2 increase cooldown for roll and maybe remove his ability to escape freeze.
