Holiday trout and BF altuve did pretty well against verlander. I struggled with maeda too. Even with Willie Mays. Probably lost to him more than anybody until they cranked up Marichal.
Betts has 2 active skills and Juan would only have one against him. I think he’s your best bet. I cycled 6 times early but haven’t got a winnable sequence from him in hours. He’s been a lot tougher as the days gone on.
Only guy I’ve needed to use restarts on is CC. Using ATG Mays and swinging a wiffle ball bat half the time. Keep pulling guys I already have from the boxes but I can’t be mad watching that lxp stack up. Loving that double 2 out skill on 5-10. I thin…
I got him on my 3rd too. That’s the way this game goes sometimes. Just when I think I’m about to put my phone through the wall, I get a decent pull from walk off. I probably would’ve been done for the day if I pulled zobrist again.
I went 0-21 and then 2 for my next 2 without a restart. Seems like they loosened Marichel up this afternoon. I guess they just wanted all that double video gold back. Need to beat it 3 more times to level up Ted Williams. I need a break though. my …
I don’t know how much tougher it will get but I have BF yelich in about the same spot as you do and I’m getting Teddy for sure. I’m sure eventually yelich wont be able to do it. Just like the sig prime guys that aren’t on my roster anymore.
I hit into a triple play and there was nobody at 3rd to get the final out. The throw went into left field but it still counted. Almost as frustrating as a guy teleporting through the fence to catch a foul ball.
I went 1-11 on the 50/50 game changer boxes this week and then pulled degrom and Reggie from the holiday boxes on my first shot. It’s a rollercoaster sometimes.
I’ve found that the better your batter matches up, the better your pitch sequence is. That being said, they definitely change the difficulty throughout the day. Sometimes I’ll cycle several times early and then struggle as the day goes on. Sometimes…
The pitchers are much better now too. The guy I used to beat WOH for the first time got traded in months ago. You need to cycle walk off to get the best players and you need the best players to cycle walk off. I think that’s just the evolution of th…
Williams did really well for me against perry in woh this week. I think I only had to use a restart once. His only downside is that 2 out skill. Late inning skill is way better because it’s always active for walk off.
Depends on what you have at the top of your team. He’s be good for the end of walkoff against righties unless you have BF yelich or better. High hitting low speed is nice.
Agreed. I went 1-18 and got CC who will be in the trash as soon as the event is over. Hard to play the weekend with the rewards being what they are and a .5% chance at the only player in the box that would make my team. At least there’s cvc to look …
Maybe they can put the gold evo cash and prime xp I spent leveling that noodle when I saw he was a bonus guy before they took it away. Back to the bench with turner I guess.

Yeah it’s frustrating as hell sometimes. Christmas coming up. I’m sure they’ll do more players like the Black Friday guys. $60 for 2 bad ass hitters from both sides of the plate and you’re right back in it.
For me the skills were key. Muncy is tough because that blowout skill goes away after you get within 4 runs. I had a hell of a time with sig muncy and jd Martinez as my best players with those blowout skills. Could get through once maybe but I’d ha…
