Thanks. I never managed to pass the milestone level, but at one point I came within 10 points of it (arghh) and was somehow rewarded with the prize, though I couldn't get past the level.

I've found that since the game matches you up with people with similar levels of upgrades, you can sometimes beat people at low levels with a Frenzy Flare boost that serves three customers. :)

Hammer on Chef Arena until you can beat Gordon for 2 per week -- other than that it's just luck with the mystery boxes, I guess.

The third venue (not even a milestone level) in my current Trial is a venue I haven't even opened yet. Definitely a disincentive to play.
