When I get a bonus player for WOH or any other event, I usually just level them to either bronze or silver 10. They can still put up solid points even at the diamond level. This only applies to batters. Don’t usually level up bonus pitchers because …
That was a great breakdown of what it takes to move from Silver to Gold. I know a lot of guys wonder about moving up to the tier and the resources needed. Your team should do great for the WOH event on Monday.
My goal is to get one...yes ONE legend to diamond 10. I still have a long way to go! Takes about 900k lxp and 48k in gold to get a legend to Diamond 10. Holiday Ted is the legend I am trying to level up.
At this point in the year, you should have your lineup established. Knowing who you want to focus on at the diamond level will help you conserve resources and be setup for success once you get to diamond. I really am not interested in getting new pl…
My recommendations is to get through Platinum as fast as possible. Only level up batters that you know you will level up in diamond as well. I would focus on mostly bxp players and maybe 1-2 prime players and 1 legend. You have to be selective once …
I just got my team to Diamond, so I don’t have as much experience or advice as others. All I know is that every resource becomes useful...even franchise coins!
i plan on gettting Game Changers to use on Tuesday and Thursday to help my club. Blue XP…
I made the jump to Diamond yesterday. I am looking forward to a different challenge than just trying to cycle WOH. Platinum is super expensive to level new players up. With so many new players available each week, it is almost impossible to keep up.…
Not sure why anyone would be in favor of a change that makes them want to play the game less. Leave your club if you aren’t happy that the same guy wins all the time. Or talk as a club about spreading out the rewards once in a while.
I tbink there…
I know a lot of clubs allow different teams to take the MVP and high round rewards to spread the wealth for the entire club. This is a clear move to make the top clubs happy, but the majority of clubs/teams are being hurt by this move. Not sure why …
Started playing when the game first came out and stayed in Silver until Halloween. Mainly play on Mondays and Wednesdays. Very selective on who I level up and found a really good diamond club for CVC. The resources won’t last long once I move to Pla…
I took the bait and bought the subscription to get Davis. Here are his ratings at Silver 10. Wish his speed was lower and he had more hit/power, but I am not complaining.
I am only going to focus on Slugfest today. It helps me get more Prime XP and will provide the most points for my club. Can’t help them much if I am wasting time at WOH just hoping they give me a good pitch sequence. I will try towards the end for W…
I have a love/hate relationship with WOH. I Lille the rewards and the challenge of the event, but it has become very frustrating the last few weeks. I am convinced that buying a boost doesn’t matter on the last few pitchers of round 5. Either you ge…
Not my team so I can’t say exactly how many pulls it took. Plus with the players not being bonus players for the weekend, not sure how many people are going for the boxes.
@Houmy
I been getting frustrated with WOH as well. It used to be my favorite event by far, but now it feels like it is mostly about luck when you get to the last pitcher at 5.10. Having a top legend doesn’t really help much if all they throw is un…
@Houmy Thanks for that detailed report about your experience of moving up to gold. I think a lot of teams focus on team strength when deciding when to move up. You clearly pointed out that it is more important to focus on resources when deciding on …
