Level Too Fast or Too Slow in Silver?

I've heard it said that you should move up when you start losing in prime and bonus. Couldn't it as easily be that I've moved too far? Was winning, yesterday after pulling Soto. Pulled Harper, advanced from silver 2 to silver 3 and started losing prime and bonus. Moved too fast or move again?

I believe the number is 400 wins or so in Bronze when you will start losing games.  But yeah no difference between the levels in each tier

I haven’t noticed a difference while moving up through silver

I'm at almost 600 wins at silver 3. If I understand correctly, I'll be ok moving to silver 4. Thanks, everyone.
