19.99 Hot Start Boxes crashing app and not crediting player.

went to open a couple and boom my app crashed after both of them. No players to be found, and the boxes are gone.

Nothings a guarantee I get that as I’ve gone 1/35 this weekend on boxes. I should say 1/32 because on three of them the app crashed and I got ZILCH. But for this to happen with a game that drives this much revenue...smh

I would open a ticket. when this happened to me they told me a time and the reward for that box even though I never saw it. Plus the time that they

That happened to me but glu gave me a detailed list of who I pulled from the boxes with the exact time and everything. They’re on top of this one, just open a ticket.
