Want to throw my old team away so I can start over with a new Team. So how can I do that? I read some posts but they were back in 2016. I am sure that there is a new way to do this and appreciate your help on this.

    Back up the 'old' team to an email, then do a fresh install. You'll then be able to start fresh.
