Rays boxes crashing the game

Once last night and once today, the game crashed on me when opening a Rip Roarin' Rays box, and then I've lost the box and its contents.

Is this happening to anyone else?

When I reported it last night, the CS rep said I got Michael Lorenzen from the box and then traded him in for XP, which is untrue--Michael Lorenzen is neither in the box nor is he on the Rays.

Unfortunately, the 'sub bug' is still active. Before opening the boxes, put any of the players in the box as a starter or make them inactive. Fortunately, you're still getting the player. If you look, you'll notice that one of your subs got their level increased by one.

As far as Lorenzen, it's likely a different transaction altogether and the agent didn't realize the issue.

Got it. Didn't realize that bug hadn't been fixed yet. I think one of my guys did go up a level this last time. Thanks, DFBB!
