Bauer/Cole box problems

I spent 800 gold on this box. Got Cole. Never showed up on my roster. All pitchers were unlocked per GLUs advice. Restarted 2x. Still not there. Sent in a CS ticket. Anyone else have this problem?

    Fixed. Somewhat. I was credited 2 boxed. Luckily on the 2nd I got the player I initially drafted. Thanks Glu!

    LOL.......the real problem was 800 gold for two barely creditable rentals!
