Cap on videos for gold?

I’m really trying to Derek Dietrich, I bought one box and didn’t get him. So I kept not watching videos and now it says there are none available

    IOS. Settings, privacy, scroll to the bottom, advertising, toggle on and off a few times, restart the taps app
